Postural Analysis

The majority of people in our society participate in similar actions or habits on a daily basis.  Our body adapts to these habits and our posture reflects what we tend to do. All activities are exerting a force on our bodies. Our body has a preferred position for achieving full pain free ranges of motion. This point is considered ideal or good posture. Posture provides a baseline data point for how your body rests comfortably. Frequently exercises and cues to improve physical awareness of daily stressors are incorporated into a daily regimen to improve one’s posture.
