What was your original complaint(s) or health problem(s)?

Lower back pain & elbow pain.

How long did you have this problem?

Back pain occurred 2 or 3 times a year, when it occurred it was bad. Elbow pain occurred during a sports activity, I was playing basketball.

What types of treatment did you receive prior to visiting us?

I had been seeing a different Chiropractor for a few years for my back pain

How bad was it (at its worst)?

Very painful. Back pain prevented a restful nights sleep. Elbow pain restricted my daily activities, including comfort at work. I also could not play basketball.

How has your health and performance changed since visiting us?

I have not had any back pain in over a year. My elbow pain is gone.
