I went to my primary care and she prescribed medications, then recommended seeing a chiropractor.

8 out of 10 and not sleeping

Less pain, improved sleep. The exercises that Dr. Matt gave me have made me stronger, especially getting through the work day.

Severe neck pain, headaches and lower back and left hip pain
How long did you have this problem?
Neck and left hip pain from soft tissue injuries due to car accident 1988.
What types of treatment did you receive prior to visiting us?
Chiropractic care with the drop-table adjustments and pro-adjuster.
How bad was it (at its worst)?
Very painful while walking and very difficult to concentrate with the headaches.

Office staff member, Patti recommended him and the website described the Active Release method so well that I wanted to try this method for long term relief
How has your health and performance changed since visiting us?
It had improved over 80% within less than a month, then I over extended my body trying to transfer a patient while performing my job as a home health aide. I did not experience the consistent results with teh traditional physical therapy and could not tolerate the cyclobenzaprine muscle relaxer for pain. Felt very tired, no energy and my muscles were quick to contract after very little activity. I am now back with Dr Matt's care and in less than 2 weeks I am sleeping and feeling over 70% better.
Would you recommend us to others?
Absolutely, I have never experienced such consistent long-lasting relief from other chiropractic treatments and body massages. Dr. Matt also empowers me with exercises to help strengthen my body and that has helped improve the overall quality of my working and personal life.

I had made a major chance in my life, moving 500 miles from my home state of Indiana to NY for my fiancè and everything was strange and stressful. Dr. Matt & Patti at Natural Alternatives were such a compassionate and positive experience at a time in my life when I really needed care to help heal my body during changes.
